The Season of Fall
May 29, 2008
Leaves are falling everywhere.
Red, gold, orange, and yellow there are many colors.
Squirrels store food to eat during winter.
Birds fly south for warmer weather.
Bears prepare for a long sleep.
Children prepare for a long day at school.
Nights are longer and days are shorter.
The roads are littered with leaves.
Everydody prepares for a great Thanksgiving.
Fall is a wonderful season.

Well, i like all the things that you listed on here which made you think fall is your favourite season. But i agree with the others that you should work on it more and realize it lacks rhythm

Fall is my favorite season, and these are all very true statements, but statements really and not much more. If you like the fall, really try to think about why. If you do this, I think it would be a wonderful poem (not that it's not good right now)

From writer to writer, your use of diction seems remedial and the imagery seems redunant at best. Work on your poetry and maybe it may improve dramatically.
