Review
This article is about a student who was nervous about getting his driver permit, but slowly becomes more confident. He wasn’t sure he was going to be able to even pass the test. As stated by the writer, “Slowly, as I read and highlighted the book, I realized I was absorbing the information faster than I thought I would.” This tells the reader that the test will be easier than expected. I can’t relate to this because I’ve still got a while before I get my permit. I can, however, relate to being excited about driving. As stated in the text, “With my permit in hand, I realized that this small card was a symbol of becoming both and independent driver and an independent person.”
