Vaction Gone Wrong
A couple was planning to take a vacation on a seven day cruise. Once they arrived at their destination they checked into their hotel. The weather had been just right for all seven days. All of the fun ended and they checked out on the seventh day. Mrs.Johnston looked out the hotel window. The weather went from nice to becoming gloomy. They had just arrived to the airport and they were ready to board the plane. Two hours later, they had been informed by a lady at the boarding area, that there wouldn’t be any planes flying out due to the upcoming hurricane.
“What are we gonna do about this.” Said Mrs.Johnston. She started to get upset and yelled at the receptionist.
“Mrs.Johnston can you please calm down. NO I WON’T CALM DOWN.”
The couple had to be home the next day since it was the first day of school. They thought that they would be home already in order to get their children ready for school. They started to panic and was worrying that no one would be able to watch their children. They began to make phone calls because they knew that they would have been stranded for the next couple days. Mrs.Johnston called up one of her sisters and asked her to watch her children for the next five days. Meanwhile, Mrs.Johnston sister thought that she was gonna be babysitting for three days instead of five. “Hey, lets try to find someone who has a timeshare.” Said Mr.Johnston. The timeshare person had a free hotel room with the purchase of the timeshare. The Johnstons gave the man $2,000. They had gone back to a hotel that was included with an upgrade from the timeshare. They ended up staying in Mexico for another week because of the hurricane. Days later, they were able to make it back home safely.
