Boiling Clouds
The cycle is ending, ready to begin anew. Nothing can cause it to relent, other than the inevitable destruction of the Earth itself. The liquids have been through a tedious, unbearably long journey to reach the clouds, but even so, their time is limited in this soft and fluffy wonderland.
It is an ironic process, precipitation. The cloud harbors water for a short amount of time, but then slowly forces the water out. It is much like the process of boiling, which is how it got there in the first place.
It is destiny for rain to pour until the end. It will soak the land below until the Earth falls, and gives in to its inevitable death, finally ending the seemingly timeless process.
