Not to long ago my cousin and i were playing catch with a football in his apartments he just moved into.We were throwing the football very hard and had our laughs about it  until he throw it so hard it went right through my fingers and it also went right through the window that was behind me.We started running then right when we ran away the police arrived by the window my cousin broke.But, while we were running some old man lied and said the apartments had cameras.So me and my cousin went inside of his apartment.We weren’t even in the apartment 5mins then the police knocked on the door my heart dropped then we stared at each other i was thinking because my cousin is older he might go to jail.So my uncle opens the door then they asked me and my cousin to step outside.Soon as we get outside he said who did it?.And i said i did it.I took the blame for “breaking the window”then my dad pulled up and asked what was going on and had to pay for the window.But,i didn’t get in trouble when we go in the apartment he told the truth.So i didn’t get in trouble because he took responsibility for what he did.
