August 2022 Fiction Contest: The Photograph
On the weekdays, My little sister Olga and I would head to the park nearby after school to play on the slides and the swings. That was where we first met Weiss.
We got along very quickly and I was over the moon to see Weiss get along with Mischievous Olga and love her as much as I did.
But, a car crash took Weiss and interrupted our wonderful times together.
Days passed as Olga got married and left home.
All I can do now is to look at this photograph of the three of us together and replay our memories.
