Love, Romance, Adventure, Action, Horror, Sadness are all types that occur in the objects I love most, books.  Books are a way to dream with your eyes open, to see a new world by staring at a page.  Not all books are made for everyone though, Harry Potter books do not interest me one bit while my friend has read all seven twice.  Some people watch scary movies for a thrill, go on roller coaster rides or walk through haunted houses, but I sit on my gray cozy bed in my black and pink room, and bury my nose into a book. 
More often than not, people assume I don’t read books but rather watch the movie.  Most people see me as the girl who would rather get all dolled up and go on a shopping spree rather than sit in my sweatpants and read all day.  Most people don’t know that I prefer the book to the movie.  Most people don’t know that I have a secret stash of about twenty books under my bed.  Most people don’t know that I read before I go to bed, not watch TV.  Studies show that if somebody reads a lot of books, they are the best people to fall in love with.  I guess its like falling in love with a bunch of different souls and personalities.  Sweet, nice and kind are all adjectives to describe not just anyone but specifically book readers. 
When I open a book, I can create my own world, my perfect characters, my perfect scenery, and my perfect life.  Books aren’t just useless pieces of paper filled with words, but so much more.  Stress relievers, safe havens, boost intelligence, sleep aids and so much more are all benefits of reading.  I don’t just do it for the benefits; getting lost in a book is my favorite thing.  Starting to read on page one then actually putting it done once I get to page 200.  Reading is my drug.  I can’t get enough.  No matter how many beautifully detailed books I read, I will always want to read more, feel more, but most important, imagine more.  I will forever be craving the sensation of exploring the words to find myself thinking about that specific book all day long.  All I want in life is a good book.
