Confessions of a Vulcan
Your arguments are devoid of logic,
your syllogisms invalid and
premises untrue, examples
clash, like cymbals
just as noisy and unreasonable
as your entire race,
chaotic like the lights
we flash past,
unfathomable as the depths
of space we plumb,
ever deeper into the dark.
It is utterly illogical
and yet,
I find I am also (afraid).
