My Sam's lullaby
The last thing I remember form that night was hearing my Sam's lovely voice singing along quietly with a song on the radio. She sang through the ups and downs. Higher then I thought possible in a hushed whisper. Sam's lullaby cradled me into a different setting. She sat me down in a meadow where the orange yellows and ...red flowers flowed together to make a raging fire scene. Sam sat by herself on a swing and she sang me her lullaby until morning. The forest of Willows surrounding actually looked at though they were weeping. She looked like a goddess...very debonair. Her ivory dress flowed as she sang. I didn't make a sound, struck by the warmth of her stunning, beautiful grace.
