Briana
She stared blankly at the school worksheet in front of her. She did not feel like completing it. She had not felt up to anything lately. Not now, not after what happened to Mommy. Life had taken a sharp turn to the left, or right, she was not sure. Either way, it was not on its normally strait path. She leaned over her school paper, and etched her name at the top. Briana. Then, she wrote something else at the top center of her paper. It was her latest habit, to do this, on every handout, test, sketch, list, and everything of the sort. She looked at it, it seemed crooked. Rubber scrubbed against paper. She rewrote the letters: R.I.P Mommy.
