Glass Wall
The glare between the glass was bearable.
“It makes me sick to see you.” mumbled a victim’s wife.
The prisoner returned, “I still look back to that night.”
The wife shed a tear as she stared at a picture of her deceased lover.
“We were going to California at the end of the month.” croaked the emotional wife.
Defending himself, “He might have killed another person while on vacation.”
The angry wife snared back, “He was my husband of 30 year!”
“Those 30 people he killed had lives too.” lectured the prisoner.
The prisoner was in for killing a serial killer.
He did what the FBI and CIA couldn’t do.
The heated wife got up and spit at the glass.
The prisoner sat in peace knowing he saved innocent lives.
