Walking into School on the First Day

The first day of school my freshman year was so scary. I was so nervous seeing all these people that I didn’t know who they were, and others that I knew. They were all way bigger than me obviously. I knew some people, but not all. The people that I did know approached me asking me “What was up”? and, “How was your summer bro”. All I could think about was “Oh my gosh, where is my locker?” “Where do I put my stuff at?” All of my friends came up to me, so I went and sat with them. I saw all these teachers that I didn’t know besides Mrs. Rappé. She’s about the only teacher I really knew.
The bell rings and I assume that’s when we go to our lockers and go to our first hours. I get upstairs and I’m looking for number 2000. I find it immediately. I’m the very first one thank gosh. Now I just have to find out what my combination is. What in the world is my combination. I get my locker open. I go to my first hour which was Athletic P.E.. Which isn’t that bad. All I have to do is go to the gym and find out what to do next.
I’m coming back from my first hour to go to my second hour which was Algebra 1A. Sorry I’m kinda dumb. Anyway, I’m about to go to my second hour assuming that I’m going to need something. Maybe a pencil and a piece of paper. Yeah I forgot all my supplies at home. I didn’t grab one thing. I thought to myself. “Whatever, I’m sure we won’t need anything anyway.” Getting into class and we need paper and a pencil. Oops. Well. Whatever. It’s a good thing that my best friend Alaina was in the same class as me. She lended me some paper and a pencil. Thank gosh we had most of our classes together. She helped me with a pencil throughout the day.
The end of the day is here and I have to go home, Oh my gosh where is my bus at. I’m walking outside to find it. There it is the first one. On my way home I’m thinking about how good and smooth my day actually went. I was expecting to be shoved around by the older kids like how all movies are about high school.
