The Noise of the Dark
It was early night when I heard the dreadful sound. The sad, lonely groan of the Damned. But the groan was not only sadness or hatred, but also of grief and dispair. A cold shill trickled down my spine, like a thousand needles piercing my skin. Such things sprawl themselves on dark walls. Demons fear the evil known as this. Their shrill screams puncture my ears. Their penetrating, blood shot eyes keep me in my place, not allowing me to move. Inside the black abyss is a never ending pit of sorrow and hate. Open your eyes and stare into the sky. The stars cry from the pitch black of Hell itself. Hang yourself from the darkened sun. And when the world comes to an unexpected end, we shall all live in total black, and we will listen to the noise of the dark.
