ACT 1

INT. DUNDER MIFFLIN- 9AM

Michael enters the room as Jim, Pam, Dwight are at their desks working.

MICHAEL

EVERYONE UP! We are going on a trip all paid by yours truly

(looks into the camera with a proud grin)

JIM

But you told me yesterday I have to finish these reports today.

JIM

(Being interviewed) 

We get alot of work done if you couldn't tell...

Michael walks over to Jim and grabs him by the shoulders and looks into his eyes.

MICHAEL

Jim, you can't always do everything you're told. You only live once when you get the chance to do something, take it.

Jim looks at the camera with a blank stare.

MICHAEL

Up! everyone up! There is a bus I have rented waiting outside for us!

DWIGHT

Where will this bus be taking us?

(with a raised eyebrow)

MICHAEL

Well you see the way this bus service works is they decide.

Jim makes eye contact with the camera.

MICHAEL

Follow me for an adventure!

They all stand up and follow Michael out of the room.

EXT. PARKING LOT- 9:10AM

They stand around a beat down small bus.

The driver doesn't look at them and stares forward very unwelcoming. 

They all look at each other with fear. Michael has already begun walking on.

MICHAEL

What are you guys waiting for! Let the fun begin!

INT. BUS- 10AM

They are all awkwardly sitting crammed on the bus. The bus is very dirty and rundown looking in the inside, with no windows. Scary loud music is playing.

PAM

Michael where are we going?

MICHAEL

WHAT?

PAM

I SAID WHERE ARE WE GOING?

MICHAELS FACIAL EXPRESSION SHOWS THAT HE CANNOT HEAR PAM. Michael stands up and walks up to the front of the bus when the bus driver is. 

MICHAEL

Sir, if you don't mind could you please turn down the music.

The driver looks him in the eyes and goes back to driving without turning down the music. Michael then grabs the volume knob and turns the music down himself. 

Michael begins walking back to his seat as the music suddenly gets louder.

MICHAEL

Don't worry guys i'll handle this.

(He says to his coworkers)

Michael swifty goes back up the front and turns down the volume.

MICHAEL

This is the last time I will be turning this down and if you turn it back up again we will have a problem. 

He confidently glances back at his coworkers. The diver just stares forward.

Michael walks back to his seat

MICHAEL

I sure told him.

As Michael is sitting down the bus turns wildly and comes to a stop. The bus driver stands up and walks off the bus calmly.

Jim looks into the camera confused. Michael begins running up to the front and looks out the doorway.

MICHAEL

Sir! Sir! Come back, i'm sorry I told you to turn down the music! You can play whatever you want. I don't care!

Michael turns to face the back of the bus. 

MICHAEL

Nobody panic, I can take care of this.

Michael sits down into the driver's seat and begins pressing buttons.

DWIGHT

Michael, he took the keys with him…

He says as looking into the camera with annoyance.

MICHAEL

Alight then we will just have to go find him.

Michael exits the bus and the rest follow.

EXT. SCARY CITY- 12PM

PAM

Michael, where were we supposed to be going?

MICHAEL

You don't need to know that yet, because we are still going there!

DWIGHT

Step aside, I'll handle it from here. I have had 20 years of intense training for a moment just like this. First, look for footprints.

They all look down at the blank concrete floor. Then at the camera.

HOMELESS MAN

I can help you guys out. 

MICHAEL

Awesome! Do you have a car we can borrow? 

HOMELESS MAN

I have something better.

He gestures to a pedicab.

HOMELESS MAN

This luxury does come with a small price to pay.

MICHAEL

And what is that?

He points at pam

JIM

WHAT? NO? YOU CAN'T HAVE PAM!

HOMELESS MAN

Ew no I don't want her. 

(with disgust)

PAM

What? Why don't you want me?

(she sounds hurt)

Jim looks at pam with shock

HOMELESS MAN

I'd rather have your boyfriend.

Jim looks into the camera with fear.

MICHAEL

Guys calm down, calm down daddy Michael has got this all under control. Who do we know that has friends that hang out in alleys?

All blankly stare at Micheal.

MICHEAL

Stanley!

JIM

Micheal what does that even mean call a cab.

MICHEAL

Stanley’s black I’m sure he has a weed dealer or something that lives in an alley. I’ll call Stanley and ask him for his drug dealers number.

DWIGHT

Good idea Micheal as a volunteer firefighter I have seen lots of african americans selling drugs in alleyways.

Pam walks over from the corner.

PAM

I just called a cab to come get us.

MICHEAL

Oh yes I was just about to say that! (clearly was not)

PAM

He said he will be here in about 30 minutes.

JIM

Lets try and stay alive until then.

MICHAEL

Lets play a game… hmmmmm… Hide and seek!

JIM

Ahhh such a good idea! Considering we are in a scary place we have never been before!

MICHAEL

Exactly because we won't know all the good spots yet!

DWIGHT

I will participate in this game of hide and seek. I have never lost a single game in my life. If I hide you guys will never find me. I will find a source of food and water to survive in my hiding spot forever.

Jim makes eye contact with the camera.

MICHAEL

Ok fine then you can hide, and I will seek.

Michael turns around and begins counting. As soon as he begins dwight sprints off into the darkness. Jim, and Pam stare in awe.

JIM

(yells) Dwight! Your going to die come back!

Michael reaches the number 10 as a taxi crazily pulls up at an extreme speed. They all jump back in fear.

TAXI DRIVER

GET IN! GET IN! WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO STAND AROUND.

As Michael, Jim, and Pam are trying to figure out what is happening a beat up black car with its headlight duct taped on comes flying up to them.

TAXI DRIVER

Get in now or I'm leaving you all for dead.

They all jump in with no thought.

IN. TAXI CAB- 1PM

They begin driving away and Pam looks back through the window and sees the other car chasing them.

PAM

Um, that car is still chasing us…

TAXI DRIVER

Don't worry I'll lose him.

The taxi driver then begins driving at an insane speed away.

The taxi driver will get them away from the car that is chasing them. They realize as they are driving they forgot DWight in the city. They will then hear police sirens going off behind them. They get pulled over by the police and the driver is arrested. They are then once again stranded and lost all hope of getting home.Then suddenly Dwight pulls up in a super nice sports car and tells them to get in. The End.
