MRS CRAB - Homeroom teacher. Nice but kids take a few episodes to loosen up to her. Gives good life advice through out seasons

JACKSON - Shy boy, main character. Plot revolves around his high school experience. 

TARNISHA - The pretty girl in school. All the guys love her. Especialy JACKSON. 

BRITTANY - Rich girl. Hard partier, rough family life but plenty of money to cover it up so no one knows. Drugs/alcohol. 

FRANK - JACKSONS elementary school best friend. Known each other since the beginning. 

JOHN - Cool kid, too cool for school. Ladies man. 

PLOT SYNOPSIS

A schoolday is about the highschool life of a teenage boy. The life of kid in highschool is normally not portrayed how it truly is to parents. This shows brings out the real in a funny way. Shows what JACKSON goes through on weekly basis and the things that go on in a highschool. 

This episode is about the first day back. The awkward meet the teacher moment, see old friends, catch up, and of course see the girl of your dreams. JACKSON talks with his buddies and gets invited to a party by his crush. Will he remain a good kid now that he is in highschool? 

 INT. Mrs. CRAB’S CLASSROOM

JACKSON is staring out the window, fiddling with a pencil. A concerned look appears on his face. The camera moves to look out the window and see…

EXT. PARKING LOT (STUDENT)

TARNISHA is walking straight to his classroom door.

 INT. Mrs. CRAB’S CLASSROOM

JACKSON is fixing his hair on his phone camera and checking his odor to see if he stinks. 

JACKSON

Do I look okay? How do I look? Come on,  

come on. 

JOHNNY

Dude she isn’t going to like you anyway.

 INT. Mrs. CRAB’S CLASSROOM

TARNISHA enters the classroom, everyone is staring, the camera pans around her as she flips her hair back and puts lipstick on. 

END OF OPENING SCENE

SCENE I

 INT. Mrs. CRAB’S CLASSROOM

MRS CRAB enters the classroom and stops to scan from one side of the classroom to the other. 

MRS CRAB

Good morning class, I hope everyone had an enjoyable summer. Would anyone like to share something fun they did?

CLASS

Peer around at each other, everyone stays quiet.

MRS CRAB

Okay, well then, everyone please pull out your computers and sign in to my class on canvas. Your instructions are on the board.

A FEW MINUTES LATER

JACKSON 

What is the class code?

MRS CRAB

Once again, your instructions, including the

code is on the board. Please listen carefully.

CLASS

A couple of snickers and giggles are heard as Mrs. Crab tells this to JACKSON.

JACKSON

An embarrassing look on his face checks to see if TARNISHA is laughing at him too. She gives him a small smirk.

END SCENE I

BEGIN SCENE II 

INT. CAFETERIA - SCHOOL

FRANK is bouncing his knee up and down while he eats his turkey sandwich packed by his mother. He looks up to see JACKSON staring at him.

JACKSON

Would you please stop that?

FRANK moves his leg away from JACKSON. Continues bouncing. 

JACKSON

You know I can still feel it.

FRANK

Dude, there is no way that it is still

bothering you.

TARNISHA walks by the table. All the boys heads turn and follow her until she sits and awkwardly catches them staring. Gives Jackson a small smile again.

JOHN nudges JACKSON. 

JOHN 

Go talk to her. She clearly is into you.

JACKSON

No way, plus you guys would stare the whole time I am over there. Making it even more awkward. 

JOHN

You are never going to meet any chicks if you can’t figure out how to speak to them.

TABLE OF SCHOOLMATES begin to chime in.

Yeah man go, do it, say hi. 

JACKSON

Alright I’ll think about it. We have all

           year guys.

BEGIN SCENE III

INT. HALLWAY SCHOOL

JACKSON is typing in code to get peanut m&ms out of the vending machine. TARNISHA approaches.

TARNISHA

Hey, JACKSON. How’s it going?

JACKSON

It’s okay. Rough being back but I guess summer can’t last forever.

TARNISHA

Yeah, are you coming to BRITTANY’S back to school party tonight?

JACKSON

She hasn’t invited me so I don’t know if I should.

TARNISHA

You should. If she asks just tell her I wanted you to come.

JACKSON

Okay, see you then.

JACKSON begins to walk away. TARNISHA makes a confused look and asks him if he is going to come back for the peanut m&ms he bought and left. JACKSON, red faced with embarrassment now. Hurries back and grabs his m&ms. 

END SCENE III

BEGIN SCENE IV

INT. BRITTANY’S HOUSE LIVING ROOM

The room is crowded, front door opens. JACKSON begins to step into the room. He stops for a minute. Looks left then right and continues on his way to the bar. He pours himself a drink and begins to sip it. He makes a face as he forces it down and pours another.TARNISHA approaches.

TARNISHA

Woah, slow down there cowboy. No need to rush.

JACKSON

Felt late so thought I might catch up with everybody.

TARNISHA 

Yeah I guess I have had more than one as well. Have you ever been to a real party before?

JAcKSON

I guess not, unless birthday partys at rock’n’jump count.  

TARNISHA giggles. The music gets louder and more 

People begin piling into the house. TARNISHA motions 

JACKSON to follow her. They move to the 

EXT BRITTANY’S HOUSE BACKYARD. 

It is quieter. Muffled music plays in the

background. JACKSON and TARNISHA talk for a while

Really get to know each other. They kiss and then 

Jackson heads home. He sends her a text about how 

Much he enjoyed tonight and she reads the message

But does not respond.
