Why Can't I Just Be Me & You Be You?
Why can’t we be happy with who we are?
Why can’t I be content with who I am? Why can’t I just accept my body and stop trying to change it and worrying about it? I can’t but why?
Why does everyone want to change something about themselves?
Is it the media? Is it the idea that girls are supposed to look a certain way? Act a certain way?
Is it because when someone doesn’t like me I want them to and am willing to change who I am for them?
Why do girls have these issues?
We’re all pretty. And we are all amazing people. And there is someone out there for everyone of us someday. So what if that day is not tomorrow? Why can’t we be happy not knowing? What fun would life be if you knew what was going to happen? That would be like reading a book backwards its no fun. If life went exactly how we wanted it, it would be boring. There would be nothing to ponder about or fuss over. It’s funny, because I know these things. And I say these things but I can’t ever listen to myself.
