Dear Customer
Hey F*****!
I only have a few things. I was stunned when you called me that ugly word out loud at my job, because your to-go box cost too much. Almost the entire store heard it, and I felt demeaned and humiliated. For someone who struggles accepting his sexuality, you couldn't have said anything else to me that would've hurt as bad as that. As I ponder it, it's just unbelievable to me. Never would I dare say this to a family member, stranger, or any other living thing. I forgive you.

This just happened a few days ago, and it's not the first time it's happened. Its not a matter of, "not being fair", it's a matter of this shouldn't go on period without repercussion, but we also need forgiveness.
