I found Kendall Snyder's poem "Waffle House" to be a very cute poem. It was as if I read a small story and I related entirely. When the writer wrote "it's nearly midnight but we are so so awake" while being at Waffle House, it brought back many memories for me. I remember going out with my family and freinds to waffle house after a long night out. It was always the best time and those memories will always be placed in a special place in my heart. This poem just gave me the warmest feeling. Thank you Kendall Snyder for writting this lovely poem and sharing your memories.
