What I Wish I'd Known as a Freshman Feedback
Niki R’s, “What I Wish I’d Known as a Freshman”, really grasped my attention. The title is very captivating because most teens, like me, find high school a scary place; I instantly wanted to read more.
In her article, she gives reader tips about being a freshman. To not be afraid, to be yourself, to not worry what anyone else thinks, to step out of your comfort zone, to have a little fun when necessary, and to focus on your grades, but to not freak out if one of your grades is lower than expected, are the tips she provides for the reader.
When Niki mentions, “Grades are important, but if you get a disappointed one, it’s not the end of the world.” I felt a huge connection. I’m the type of student that is always frantic about my grades; if I have a B-, I get so distressed. Now that I have read what she had to say, I will always try my hardest, but I should accept my fault in that one grade or grades because, like Niki says, it’s not the end of the world. Her tips really spoke to me, and I hope to use them throughout the last of my high school years, even if it means stepping out of my comfort zone and having a little more fun.

I wrote this article feedback because it was an assignment my English teacher gave me and I also wanted to give credit to Niki about her fabulous article.
