To Sarah Malike
I found Sarah Malike's article, "Heart Failure," deeply moving. I connect with what she means when she writes about that heartfelt devotion to a person. And the attention to every detail that makes them special, and in the end, makes one willing to suffer for them. I also understand that desire and adversion to living a storybook story. To feel the love and loss and start again, and I understand I never ant to live it again.
