Stagnation
We are writers, artists, inventors, masterminds. We are all so different in the way we think deep thoughts. The way we create new worlds we become gods over the stroke of a pen or the push of a key. We are so different and yet we all share the same fear.
The fear of stagnation. A state of standing still. A state of nothingness. The blank page laughing at our backs as we struggle to fill it. Stagnation means oblivion to us writers.
We are faced with death and the fear of never again being heard. Stagnation is the end of a writers dream. It forces us to go from our worlds of glory to the worlds hell.
Stagnation means the end.
