'Should you dream' may not sound like a relevant question in the modern century. Of course, dreams make you passionate, more demanding, and all. But let's keep all that things away just for the sake of this essay.

Why wait for tomorrow?

It's not an utter coincidence that many of our dreams start by "Tomorrow." 'Tomorrow, I would do this.. ' or 'Tomorrow, I would be a scientist...' or 'Tomorrow I would...', you got the point. Many a time, we prattle about our dreams, we tend to forget that there is no future without "today." We have tasks to accomplish today rather than waiting for tomorrow. You cannot magically achieve your dream by doing hardly anything all day long.

Dreams do transform you

Dreams push you to go to any extent for the satisfaction of your inner self. In that sense, they do transform you. They alter you into a vigorous animal. Your mind plant the seed of those toxic dreams into your brain and creates a wanting to pursue the dreams by any means possible.

Should you pursue the dream?

Visualize your state of life after pursuing your dreams and then without accomplishing those. What would your life look like if you failed to achieve your vibrant aims? Does it make you happy at the end of the day? James Clear, the author of Atomic habits, The #1 New York Times bestseller, defines goals as restrictions to happiness. In my opinion, maybe I am biased, but dreams even make you inconsiderate.

One shouldn't be defined by his dreams but instead by his works.
