Marijuana has been around since B.C. and A.D. it was well known as a use of medicinal herbs in ancient times. Traditionally it originated from China in the year 2737 B.C. Marijuana was spread from China to India, to Africa then Europe in the early A.D 500. The product was referred to as cannabis as a psychoactive. A Chinese emperor, Shen Nung, used this cannabis for the power and most importantly, the focus in the medical use. In India they would use marijuana recreationally; meaning enjoying the use of it. By 1545 the Spanish brought marijuana into the New World. The English introduced it into Jamestown in 1611. It became a commercial crop, along with tobacco, and it was grown as a source of fiber. Marijuana was in the United States, Pharmacopoeia, a book containing directions for the identification of compound medicines, from 1850 until 1942. The plant was prescribed to help with several  conditions such as nausea, rheumatism, and labor pains. It helped thousands of lives who suffered these types of symptoms. It became a law.  A lot of states are making it legal but there's still other states who won't allow it. The government sells tobacco, a drug connected to ill effects and diseases to the human body such as lung cancer, gum disease, strokes and the product is sold in stores and is relatively easy to acquire. Where as Marijuana, can help the diseases of what a person suffers, is illegal in most states. Marijuana should be legalized because it is one of the most useful resources here in America, it can benefit the government's debt, and also save lots of live here in the U.S.
“Marijuana saved my life”. A man name Kiyoshi Kuromiya diagnosed with aids. He was suffering with alot of pain and couldn't handle it. When he used marijuana, it helped him with his suffering of pain and other symptoms. Lot’s of humans suffer pain and suffering, with the help of marijuana nobody that is suffering will never feel any pain. Marijuana is the only type of medicine that helps so many symptoms and doesn't have any effect like most other drugs the doctor prescribes you. For example, chemos, chemos has so many side effect, loss of hair, skin color, mood is not the same and other more. Marijuana does not have any side effect, there's no proof of evidence. Marijuana not only helps users, but it can help the environment. Growing marijuana is good for the air and surrounding. Why banned a plant that God created. Legalizing it would allow for pot to be grown by professionals in safe, healthy environments, and would also save tons of wasted electricity and water.’  Growing this plant can help with the environment.

As us people were very negative towards each other. Alot of people are miserable, smoking just marijuana can help you become much more happier and changes your mood.
