Changes in the location are brutal and yet a natural piece of life. Before the move, I had it all. A beautiful town, in the heart of Texas, USA. My friends were like family, and so were the surroundings. Abandoning all of this, for a place in the middle of nowhere, with harsh winters, and mild summers were going to be hard.

I can still see the heat radiating, the snakes and wolves traversing the dry, and humid fields. The lush forests surrounded by nothing but dry grass, and open pastures, all bliss. If I could go back to that time, I would. Daily bike rides to school, through tough, swampy land. Now, not even my closest friends abide with me. The terrain is treacherous, dry yet cold, snow always falling.

Moving to Minnesota seems like a terrible choice on my parents' half, and it truly was. I feel no comfort here, no one to rely on, and after losing my most favored dog, It is truly hard to not regret moving here. When our stuff arrived, all tattered and lost, snow began to fall, and it was below favorable temperatures. Was it truly worth this, all for my family? I've lost my friends in which whom I call family, my beloved dog and even my enjoyment of nature.

I know my grammar may be bad, however, I still wish to share my experiences with others. This was a short story that may not make sense, however I hope that some people will still get the experience I had gotten from this.
