The anticipation of going to my first college football game was getting the best of me. because I didn’t  know what the experience was going to be like.   It was a Saturday morning and we were jumping in the car to go watch the USF Bulls football game. They were playing the Florida State Seminoles. My brother and I don’t like the Seminoles because we are Gator fans. I was hoping the Noles would lose. It was about ten in the morning and the Bulls played at 3:30 in the afternoon.

We went early because there were a bunch of events at the game like face paint and 40 yard dashes. My brother and I did the 40 yard dash and my mother took my sister to the face painting table . My brother and I were in line to do it. It was our turn. I ran the 40 yard dash in five seconds and my brother Eli ran in six seconds.  I beat him by a second which is a big difference. After that we saw all the players start to get off of the bus and walk into the stadium to go into the locker room. We walked into the stadium and got into are seats. While  they were getting dressed, we were watching the other team warm up. The Seminoles were in the top 25 in college football. The Bulls were not ranked but they were still good. It was so hot outside, the sun was beaming right on our face. I was already hot and sweating and we just got into our seats. The Bulls came out and they began to warm up. They went into specific groups based on their position. The quarterbacks and the wide receivers were throwing the ball and running routes.
    

We got drinks and snacks from the concession stands so we would not need to go in the middle of the game. It was 3:15 so we had  about fifteen more minutes until the game starts. The last fifteen minutes we just sat there and waited until the game started.  Once the game  began the cannons they have shot out and made a really loud noise. It scared me because I wasn’t expecting it. It was time for the coin toss and we were receiving the ball and the other team was kicking off the ball. The ball was in the air and the kick returner caught the ball and took a knee. The offense came onto the field. The quarterback called the play and they all got lined up. He got the ball and handed the ball right to the running back and got tackled behind the line of scrimmage. They all got up and went right back to the huddle and through a long pass and it hit the guys hand and bounced right off. Then it rolled on the ground. It was third down and they needed a first down. They got out of the huddle and threw the ball close to the first down marker. He caught the ball and got the first down just by a yard. A couple of plays later they threw the ball up and it landed in the end zone right into the Bulls hand and he scored the first touchdown of the game. After they were done celebrating they began to kick the ball off to the Seminoles. The Seminoles returned the balll a bulls player missed the tackle and then there were nobody left on the other side except for the kicker the kicker came  up and he got juked and then the return man took off to the end zone just like that they score. They made the extra point right down the middle. The special teams came on to the field and the noles kicked off the bulls caught it in the end zone and took a nee the offense has the ball with two more minutes left in the first quarter the game was tied seven too seven. The bulls ran the ball down the middle to the running back and they picked up a first down a minute ticked off the board and they were inches away from the goaline there were 30 seconds left on the score board they ran down the middle and it is a touchdown. Finally someone got into the end zone with the first qouter coming to a end. After the 2 minute break coming to a end the bulls were ahead fourteen too seven the Seminoles are trailing by seven points the second quarter is beginning there are fifteen minutes left in the first half of the game. The bulls got the ball and drove the ball all the way down to the goaline and through a interception at the one yard line they returned the ball down all the way to the middle of the field and the defense came of the field. And then the offence of the noles came on to the field. And they had great field position there were nine minutes on the clock the first play they threw the ball perfectly but there was a problem. It was to the wrong person the Bulls got the ball right back he returned the ball to the rezone inside the twenty yard line they ran the ball right down the middle and he busted right threw the gap and scored a nother touchdown the cannons shot and a loud rumble echoed throughout the stadium it started to get loud because they had scored a nother touchdown . They were kicking off the ball instead of kicking it away deep in to the end zone they ran the onside kick. It took a couple of bounces and hit the Seminoles chest and fell right into the Bulls hand and we recovered a couple of plays later we were in the 4th qouter it came down to crunch time. There were 2 minutes left. The bulls had the ball and the score was 17 to 20 bulls were trailing behind they through a deep ball and caught the ball he held on for a second or two and he got hit so hard the ball popped right out. It was second down they through the ball down the middle and he picked up a first down. They were at the 30 yard line and 30 yards to go. He took a shot to the end zone and it got picked off. The Seminoles 20 to 17.
    

It came down to the end but after all that was over we had a great time watching are local usf football team play.
