Books
It is in my opinion that the kids in my generation and behind are being crippled by movies. Kids are more and more moving away from reading books. I think that this is having a severely negative impact on kids. It is crippling their imagination severely. We are becoming used to having our imaginations stretched only the movies we watch and the video games we play. I read a lot when I was younger and my imagination soared because of it, but now that my parents have let me have an xbox I find it more and more difficult for my imagination to go further than what it is that the games or movies are about. Books let your imagination soar to new height that you never thought were there and our society’s failure to teach kids the love of books is embarrassing.
