Imprisoned
I am imprisoned. Imprisoned in thoughts, words, and actions. Imprisoned in feelings. Feelings that tell me I'm not good enough, nor will I ever be. But most importantly, I am imprisoned in the smiles of others who tell me it won't always be this way. Because I know it will. But perhaps I am wrong. Perhaps someone or something will save me. Maybe I'll open up my heart just enough to love someone. And that will save me.
