A Breath of China
I feel the breeze rushing at my face, the warm air trickling through my hair. I look out at an open range of mountains surrounding the “Great Wall of China. I sit there and let my mind open; freely welcoming any thought that sweeps in with the wind. I sit there in a meditative state pondering about my life and uncover an extravagant amount of information about myself I never knew before; new sides to my personality and my thoughts about my future. I freely think about what I will do with my life the next day, in a year, or even a decade. No single word or sentence could truly encompass what I am thinking at that specific time. My body is calm and I take deep breaths of air. I am in my pensive state where I feel I am isolated from everyone else. This is my “alone-time.”
