My Journey by Feet
Walking is the way I keep extra pounds away; sometimes I run when I am angry instead. Runs keep me from punching someone or uncontrollably sobbing about a break up over me and whatever non-worth-it ex is bothering me. Walking keeps me thinking, being inspired and doing the right thing; it is my creative inspiration. Sometimes when running I think one, two, three, four, one, two, three, four. When I slow the pace I think of William Wundt and his studies, the philosophy of art and design, or whatever bird is tweeting it's song at that time a year. 130 pounds not very muscular, but not overweight either- I owe my healthy weight to my feet that keep my going and my knees that keep on bending step, after step.
