Crime Report
On April 14, 2008, before the ultimate stage in the NBA, the Playoffs, Carmelo Anthony was arrested on DUI (Driving under the influence, or driving while drunk) charges. Although he wasn’t suspended for any of his playoff games or even fined for his DUI charges, his team, the Denver Nuggets, were eliminated in 4 games to the Kobe Bryant – lead Los Angeles Lakers. Towards the end of the series, Anthony stated that it seemed like his team had given up. In my opinion, he should be the last one talking about giving up because he gave up on the NBA rules by driving while drinking. That’s not what leaders do.
So, Carmelo, which is more important to you?
