The Game
I start getting focused with only an hour left
I practiced hard to do my best
I am a little bit nervous but that’s okay
Because when the ball goes up everything goes away.
The clock started and now we are ready to play the game
Running up and down the court just like a train
Playing like a team leaving everything on the floor
You only hear people yelling “BALL, BALL” making you worry about the score.
Now is the 4th quarter and you have to play good
Don’t waste any possession play as great as you should
Only a minute left the team is trying to beat their opponent using their brain
The game is over now.
Wipe the sweat from my brow
Tomorrow is coming and we will do it all again.
