The Arctic Chill
Summary:
This short story is a narrative about a scientist stuck at a research facility during a blizzard. The reader stays captivated by her internal thoughts and external actions. There are many twists and turns in the story to keep readers wanting more.
The main character is stuck with the only other surviving guy on the research team. They are at The Australian Casey Research base located in the Arctic Belt. Using a grant, three select individuals were chosen to document the effects of climate change on the ice shelves.
