One company that I've recently been drawn to as someone interested in digital art is Wacom. Wacom is a company that specializes in graphic tablets and related products. In my opinion, the main thing that Wacom lacks is interaction with their target audience and their lack of advertisements. If I were the CEO of Wacom, I would create a social media platform revolved around all types of art. I truly think it would be a good way to find new friends and interact with people who have the same hobby or passion. It could be split into different groups for different styles of art. There could also be groups that are created within the platform by the user. For user made groups people can create art related challenges and people in the group can either accept or reject the challenge. The app can also have special promotional challenges for the entire platform. It could also promote special art events like inktober (a challenge in October with certain prompts that must be drawn in pen). People would be able to post their artworks whether it be a simple doodle or an animation. It will create a comfortable environment where anyone can ask for tips on what they can do to improve or they can simply look at others for inspiration. It could be also used for recruiters to find aspiring graphic designers, animators, illustrators, etc. It can create a name for thriving artists in the industry and help people to pursue their passions. In order to make money, there will be some advertisements and the platform would promote our products. This is a great way for the company to interact with the consumers and encourage people who love art and want to improve.
