Communication is the process of two or more people or groups exchanging information, ideas, thoughts, and feelings. It is a basic human activity. There is a sender, a message, and a receiver in the communication process. Making it the only way possible to express intellectual as well as rudimentary ideas to other Homo Sapiens. Verbal communication includes face-to-face, telephone, radio television and other media. Nonverbal communication: This covers body language, gestures, how we dress or act, where we stand, and even our scent. Written communication: This includes letters, e-mails, social media, books, magazines, the Internet and other media.

Visual communication: This includes images, graphics, charts, and other visual aids. It has been more than half a million years since humans started to learn to speak and more than thirty thousand years since using symbols and code to communicate. The culture we have now is only because of the introduction of communication in our civilization, without it we would be still undeveloped as hunter-gatherers as they too had a way of communication. It has always been a struggle to deliver ideas to a wide group of audience for people who have poor communication skills.

Effective communication can help to improve work relationships and make teams stronger. Although it's important for all to communicate correctly, it's even more important for a leader to do so. It creates trust between the concerned people. The attractive way of communication in advertisements makes us drawn towards it. For example, a restaurant's advertisement draws people toward eating it because of the creative and attractive way it is made. Communication is everywhere even in animals. Tactile communication is the process of communication by touch which is used by ants with the help of their antennae and even people with dual sensory loss use tactile communication to learn to communicate. For example, they are made to touch the water and the

teacher will touch the fingers and teach how to convey to people that she means water. Now to the part where I convey the actual result of lack of communication. As we all know at some point in life we have been misunderstood by people because of our poor communication skills it is mostly the result of laziness to convey a concept or an idea which could lead to turning down an opportunity in front of us. To avoid all these mishaps, one have to improve their communication skill and this is where the question "How to improve our skills in this field arises?" You can always ask for help from your best friend for life 'books' along with small but straight conversations with yourselves in front of the mirror. Do not forget that lack of communication is always the predecessor of conflicts and misunderstandings. Always keep in mind that one should communicate wisely or else it can spoil your whole point of conveying something. "The art of communication is the language of leadership.” – James Humes. "The difference between management and leadership is communication."- Winston Churchill.
