A Health Problem
My point of view on obesity. One of the major health concerns in the U.S. is obesity. I know that it is hard to be obese at any age but it is especially hard when you're a teen. It is harder to be obese as a teen because people make fun of you and you aren't as physically fit as anyone else. Being obese makes it hard to get fit because you don't have the energy to exercise and sometimes I just don't want to exercise because it is hard. Being obese all my life is hard because I never was the proper weight for my age and size. This makes it harder to be motivated to become skinny and be fit. But I am lucky to have people supporting me and people say I am fast and am healthier than most overweight people they know.
