Junk Food in Schools
Everyone seems to be talking about the food kids are receiving from schools these days. Some people think it is contributing to obesity in the United States while others look at it as cheaper helps the economy. I stand on the side of the health issue.
America is becoming a very obese nation and we have to do something about it. We can’t continue to feed our kids and other teens junk. If all we eat is pizza, wings, tacos, fries and other unhealthy things how do we expect people to be healthy?
In my opinion the government should be allotting schools more money towards better food to help turn around our society. The problem is that people in the government are trying to save money, but instead they are costing us more of it be contributing to the unhealthy population. You can’t expect results if you are not willing to do anything to reach our goals. We have to make a change soon or we are going to reach a point of no turning back and America will start to die off.
