Dear Teen Ink,

I think you guys are doing an exceptional job with your magazine. Every time I read it there is always something new for me to read. My favorite section is the fiction section and I think it is very good and you should keep writing it, but I think your stories should be more adventurous and exciting because lots of teens like action rather than personal drama.

If you were to add more exciting stories then I think your ratings would boost and your readers would enjoy the magazine even more. I was reading the January of 2014 issue when I read “The Cliffs of Insanity” and I thought it was a really inspirational story that I think many people would like. But I think more people would like some adventure stories. I think the reason so many teens like fictional stories is because anything can happen which makes them more unpredictable and exciting. I also think it’s important that you guys keep writing stories like “The Cliffs of Insanity” because those types of stories can touch you on sad levels, but you also need stories that can make you happy and that’s what more adventurous and exciting stories can do. Fictional stories could be about anything and I think it could even be more fun for people to write. Adding some of these types of stories would truly give everyone something to read no matter what they like. I know I would be really happy and enjoy reading the magazine more if you added these types of stories.

Keep up the great work, you have done a wonderful job with the magazine. Make sure to remember to add some more action/adventure stories and when I say that I think I say that for all of us teens who enjoy a little more excitement.

Thank you,

Luke Schraufnagel
