Normal size people are sexy but being too skinny is unhealthy and unattractive. Men, boys, women, girls starve themselves because they think thats beauty. Advertisers show that you have to be skinny to be pretty or handsome which needs to stop.

Male body image concerns have dramatically increased over the past three decades from 15% to 43% . This is because more advertisers are using skinny or strong looking male models for covers. Men with eating disorders are less likely to seek professional help than women. Almost 50% of people with eating disorders will go threw depression. Up to 30 million people of ages and genders suffer from an eating disorder, weather it is anorexia bulimia or binge eating disorders, in the United States. Out of that 30 million people 20 million are women and 10 million are men. Women have the pressure to be skinny because all they see is skinny models on t.v. ads or on magazines.

However some people argue and say you don't need to be skinny to be on a cover of a magazine. But however you don't ever see fat or normal size women on ads or covers. You only see them on ads for weight loss. So overall you can tell that eating disorders are a major thing. The cause of that is advertisers are putting skinny women on ads, showing you have to look like that. Just remember beauty is skin deep not what size you are.
