Jail, Most people fear it for it's atmosphere, or even the criminals inside, but does jail REALLY teach criminals a lesson? Do criminals ACTUALLY learn from Jail? I feel that certain out-of-control criminals need to be put in their place, their grave.

If a criminal is SO bad that jail won't do a thing for them, then the death penalty should be used on them. What if someone was jailed for 20 years and once they escaped or were released, they might resume their crimes as if it never happened at all! They should be stopped permanently to prevent any more lives from being endangered.

Think about Osama Bin Laden, I'm sure you know about him, but if you don't he was a terrorist who was recently laid to rest on May 2nd 2011, The government felt it was absolutely neccesary to stop this man for good. He had destroyed the Twin Towers and attacked the Pentagon! He was steps away from taking over the USA, but luckily he was killed.

Criminals are bad people without adoubt in my mind, but if they are out of control to the point where they are dangering tens to even hundreds of lives, they should be permanently be laid to rest. I hate to be offensive, but this is how I feel about the death penalty
