This is very significant to everyone because from the past of the sickness from this water, it’s very efficient because a nurse had to say that just because their IQ is bad it’s not the end of the world.

In Flint,Michigan the water is contaminated with lead poisoning and people are getting really sick off of this water! The person to blame for this contaminated water is the governor snyder of Flint. He knew this whole time that the water is getting polluted with lead and did nothing about it. The people are standing up for it. The city of Flint gave people bottled of water before telling the people why they were doing this in the first place. When this all came up to the surface there were more than 40 cases about lead and of the contaminated water that was brought up since last April. He should step down from being Governor because what he is doing now is not helping the people or the city from being safe. But, now Gov. Snyder is trying to help the solution now. But the weakness is the people are getting really sick and he should have ended the problem and cleaned the water sooner and before the kids have gotten so sick to where they have developed a sickness. “The important thing here is that we focus on solving the problems and the issues and make that the priority as opposed to there are a number of folk out there that are spending their time mainly on the political side and the blame side of this so let’s focus on taking care of the people of Flint,” This quote was said by Flint Water Interagency Coordinating Committee (FWICC). A lady was interviewed about how she felt when she was sick, and the lady had said that the estimate about people being sick was around 9,000…  but no one knows for sure.

Lastly, This talks about how how Rick Snyder should resign from governor of Flint,Michigan. Snyder knew that the water was getting contaminated and did not tell anyone. In the end, Snyder should have known what was going to happen, and should have thought about the people in the community and their health other than the money that was going to be lost, instead of being gained. We need to have Rick Snyder resign so we can have someone in the position to worry about the people and their health.
