Sterling legality debate
In my opinion, the Donald Sterling recording of him making racist remarks was legal. I believe that when you own something as prominent as an NBA team you are subject to a lack of privacy and should always assume someone is listening, be aware of your surroundings, or simply not get involved with something where you know a minority you are against will be the majority in that field. Since he owned an NBA team I think that the NBA had a right to have and hear this recording.
