When I was 14, I wanted to be like my friends. It made me seem like I was tough and cool when I was smoking. When I smoked I got addicted because it made me feel good after hitting one puff after another. When I was 15 I stopped because my parents caught me but my friends still found ways to pull me out of the house to roll with them and smoke with them, but not anymore in my junior year because I saw that it was not worth smoking.

Smoking is a risk to humans so if you want to risk your life smoking don’t because you’re just burning money which can make you poor, and make yourself look bad, there is no point in smoking when you can change yourself, it's never too late to quit and change your life, I believe people started smoking because when one person pulls in another person that person gets addicted and spreads it to the world, the newer generations will think they are built like they are made for it. They are also risking new people to get into smoking even when they don’t want to smoke like how my friends still pull me in even when I don’t want to smoke.

Now adults don’t even smoke anymore since vaping existed in 2019, they still do but after getting bored of it they vape now. Newer adults in this generation now sell vapes/puff bars to young adults because they want to take advantage of the young adult's money also causing risk to young adults' lives. Adults should never put teens in danger of risking smoking or vaping because when it's too late you cannot go back.

Vaping attracts more people now because its flavors taste like juice/candy. Vaping is also called e-cigarettes.

When sucking smoke into your organs it can be bad, smoke is not what makes you addicted its nicotine that makes you addicted even though it's not like cigarettes it can still damage your organs and intentions which can cause a risk of infecting your lungs causing asthma attacks, coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath.

Smoking E-cigarettes produce several dangerous chemicals including acetaldehyde, acrolein, and formaldehyde. These aldehydes can cause lung disease, as well as cardiovascular (heart) disease. E-cigarettes also contain acrolein, a herbicide primarily used to kill weeds, smoking nicotine such as in cigarettes, and vape pens, can also cause dehydration as well on its ways. Carcinogenic chemicals – Some of the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) commonly found in vapor, such as benzene and heavy metals, are known to cause lung cancer and pose other health risks. For new starters, it’s always good to not make beginners smoke and make them start a new life. So if you want to risk your life smoking don't because you can always start a new route rather than spending money on buying a product that's not worth buying or using.
