soccer tee and jeans
drag myself to the bathroom
take a shower

plug in my music
apply makeup,
foundation, blush, shadow, liner, mascara

bound out the door,
armed with wallet, keys, cell
to the glorious library
typical summer day
sprint to an empty computer
fill in my password
inserting words as i go along,
write a poem, a limerick, a song, or a rhyme
