'That will be me,’ I think, watching in awe at the stage
I gaze up at the older dancers, so graceful, so elegant
I now watch as petite dancers look at me. That used to be me.

I've been in dance since I was just a little kid. I've watched how much I have changed by looking in mirror at all of my dance classes. I've gone from looking up at the "big kids" as my role models, to being the role model that the younger dancers watch.
