Whispers of Nature on Gate by Owen Gromme, 1927
on Earth's plains, a field stretches wide,
rustic gates proudly stand by its side.
Nature’s wind blows, soft and low,
leaves rustling secrets as they gently flow.
under the sky so cobalt and bright,
a scene unfolds, nature's own light.
Trees stand tall, branches weave free,
green, grass blades tell stories to me.
the sky above, clear full time,
a theater where clouds dance pressed for time.
The gate opens to an earthly plain
a bridge between landscapes and terrain.
a small farm dreams on the skyline,
hard work under the sun, a quiet vision.
Nature's selection, green and gold,
a symphony where stories are told.
