On the outside
Everyone sees a carefree girl
But on the inside
She's falling apart
Everyone pressures her
To be perfect
She tries to do everything
That people ask of her
But for some reason
It always turns out wrong
She feels like her life can never be just right
Even though she's surrounded
By people who love her
So why does she feel all alone
Someone tell her that she is wonderful
Just the way she is
And not to let people
Put her down
'Cause she is a girl
Who people look up to
Now she realizes she can't do everything
And she is perfect just the way she is
