You loved me once,
I know it's true,
but now I'm sad
to think of you
Everyday
I pass you by
not a single word
or a simple "Hi,"
I'll try to fix it
my very best
maybe then
I'll get some rest
I miss you more
than I ever thought
a friend like you
cannot be bought
now you're gone
my greatest fear
whether you miss me
is still unclear
I'll never forget you
I promise as much
what you did for me,
the drama and such
you changed my life
more than any I've known
I just want you to know
I really have grown
