A man
A man
I once called daddy
Don’t remember much
He wasn’t really there
His voice I hear once or twice a year
Can’t see
How he remembers me
Many say we look alike
Once I hear I’m in freight
I try to like him
My mind just can’t seem to understand
How he ever said he loved me
Distance between us for many years
A stranger to me he seems
Like he was never there
