The War MAG
Confused, annoyed, and absolutely
dumbfounded by each other ...
They wander about.
Rather than accept each other as equals,
each struggles to dominate the other.
Never surrendering, always compromising
only for the pleasure of betrayal,
like a cat on the prowl.
As a sea of waves, colliding and clashing
during the storm, and just after,
calmly flowing, chasing each other to
the shore.
They finally settle for one another.
It's a child's game, an adolescent's battle,
an adult's war: love
