wings of my own
The angels around me are lucky,
They go where ever they please,
I’m stuck on the ground,
While they fly over rocks and trees.
The angels around me have wings,
They soar above the terrains,
I’m stuck in this body,
But they are without chains.
The angels around me don’t hurt,
They have no feelings but romance,
But I’m stuck with more,
Like being kept in a trance.
The angels around me are free
They’ve never had to try,
But what I’ve always wanted to do,
Is spread my own wings and fly.
